1.1 Code of Conduct

• Professional Respect: Maintain constructive, polite, and professional conduct with all mentors and peers.

• Asset Protection: Unauthorized usage or external sharing of internal client files is strictly prohibited.

• Responsible AI Use: Do not generate misleading, deceptive, or copyright-infringing assets using AI tools.

1.2 Communication Policy

• Working Hours Response Time: Maximum 2-hour response time for internal communications during business hours.

• Deadline Extensions: Formally request deadline adjustments at least 2 hours prior to due time.

• Leave Request: Provide a minimum 24-hour advance written notice for non-emergency leaves.

1.3 Confidentiality & IP Rights

All design files, source assets, and creative outputs produced during onboarding or production belong 100% exclusively to NCZIO Global under strict IP agreements.
